How to Complete the Test/Analysis Request Form
The test/analysis request form is used to request a consultation and quotation for the test/analysis you need.
Based on what you enter, you can review the quotation; once you complete the electronic signature and place your order, a researcher is assigned and the test/analysis proceeds.
Enter the sample name, form, and quantity. You can add multiple samples.
Add the test/analysis items you need for each sample. An estimate is calculated automatically (excl. VAT); consultation-priced items are confirmed after consultation.
ex. Organic/inorganic component analysis
Choose whether to discard or return (collect on delivery) the sample after testing. If you choose return, enter the return address.
Select the report language (Korean/English) and your preferred report type (test report / custom report). English reports and custom reports incur a surcharge.
