[Chapter 1. General Provisions]
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions and procedures for using the services (the "Services") provided on the website (the "Site") operated by 코어랩솔루션(주) (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its members.
Article 2. Definitions
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
a. "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms, enters into a service-use agreement with the Company, and is granted a member ID.
b. "ID" means a combination of letters or numbers set by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and use of the Services.
c. "Password" means a combination of letters or numbers set by the member to verify that the member matches the granted ID and to protect the member's personal information.
d. "Content" means all information, text, audio, images, video, and other materials provided by the Company through the Services.
e. "Post" means any information consisting of text, documents, images, audio, video, or combinations thereof posted by a member while using the Services.
Article 3. Effect and Amendment of the Terms
(1) These Terms take effect upon being announced to all members who wish to use the Services.
(2) The Company may amend these Terms for reasonable cause to the extent not in violation of applicable laws.
(3) When amending the Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment together with the current Terms on the Site's main page from 7 days before the effective date until the day before it. Amendments unfavorable to members will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
(4) A member who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Services and withdraw. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes agreement to the amendment.
Article 4. Rules Other Than the Terms
Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
[Chapter 2. Membership Registration and Use of Services]
Article 1. Membership Registration
(1) Membership is established when a user agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application.
(2) Applicants must provide the information requested by the Company at the time of application.
(3) The Company may refuse an application, or terminate the agreement afterwards, in any of the following cases:
a. The application was made under another person's name or a name other than the applicant's real name.
b. False information was provided, or the information requested by the Company was not provided.
c. A child under the age of 14 applied without the consent of a legal representative.
d. The applicant previously lost membership and has not obtained the Company's approval for re-registration.
e. The application was made for purposes that undermine public order or good morals.
f. Other requirements for use set by the Company are not met.
(4) Membership takes effect when the Company's acceptance reaches the member.
(5) Members must promptly update their registered information via member-information modification whenever changes occur.
Article 2. Management of Member ID and Password
(1) Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
(2) Members must not allow third parties to use their ID or password.
(3) If a member becomes aware that their ID or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, the member must immediately notify the Company and follow its instructions.
(4) The Company is not liable for disadvantages arising from a member's failure to notify the Company or to follow its instructions in the case of the preceding paragraph.
Article 3. Provision of Services
(1) The Company provides the following services:
a. Membership registration and member-information management
b. Information on products or services
c. Online consultation and customer support
d. Other services determined by the Company
(2) The Company may change or add to the Services and will announce such changes.
Article 4. Service Hours
(1) In principle, the Services are available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special business or technical obstacles.
(2) The Company may suspend all or part of the Services for substantial operational reasons such as regular system maintenance, expansion or replacement, equipment failure, or excessive service traffic.
(3) In the case of suspension under the preceding paragraph, the Company will give prior notice. If prior notice is impossible due to unavoidable reasons, notice may be given afterwards.
Article 5. Service Fees
(1) The basic services provided by the Company are free of charge.
(2) If the Company provides paid services, it will separately announce the fees and payment methods and obtain the member's consent before providing them.
[Chapter 3. Obligations of Members]
Article 1. Obligations of Members
(1) Members must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, usage guides, precautions announced in relation to the Services, and matters notified by the Company, and must not interfere with the Company's business.
(2) Members must not engage in any of the following acts in connection with their use of the Services:
a. Registering false information when applying for or changing membership
b. Misappropriating another person's information
c. Altering information posted by the Company
d. Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that permitted by the Company
e. Infringing intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company or third parties
f. Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or third parties
g. Publishing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and good morals
h. Using the Services for commercial purposes without the Company's consent
i. Other illegal or improper acts
Article 2. Management of Posts
(1) All rights to and responsibility for posts created by a member rest with the member who posted them.
(2) The Company may delete, without prior notice, any post that it determines falls under any of the following:
a. Content that defames or damages the reputation of another member or a third party
b. Content that violates public order and good morals
c. Content recognized as being connected to criminal activity
d. Content that infringes the copyrights of the Company or third parties or other rights
e. Posts exceeding the posting period set by the Company
f. Other content judged to violate applicable laws
[Chapter 4. Withdrawal and Restriction of Use]
Article 1. Withdrawal from the Services
(1) A member who wishes to terminate the service-use agreement must use the membership-withdrawal function on the Site or apply to the Company for termination.
(2) Upon receiving a termination request, the Company will process it promptly in accordance with applicable laws.
(3) Upon withdrawal, the member's information will be deleted, except for information retained by the Company in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
Article 2. Restriction of Use
(1) The Company may restrict use of the Services if a member violates the obligations under these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Services.
(2) The Company may terminate the agreement or suspend use of the Services without prior notice in any of the following cases:
a. Misappropriation of another person's ID and password
b. Intentional interference with the operation of the Services
c. Acts contrary to public order and good morals
d. Acts that damage the reputation of, or cause disadvantage to, others
e. Duplicate registration under a different ID by the same user
f. Acts that harm the Services or impede their sound use
g. Other violations of applicable laws or the conditions of use set by the Company
(3) When terminating the agreement, the Company will notify the member of the reasons, except where notification is impossible due to reasons attributable to the member.
[Chapter 5. Obligations of the Company]
Article 1. Obligations of the Company
(1) The Company will not engage in acts prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms or contrary to good morals, and will do its best to provide the Services continuously and reliably.
(2) The Company will establish a security system to protect personal information so that members can use the Services safely, and will publish and comply with its Privacy Policy.
(3) The Company will handle opinions or complaints raised by members regarding the use of the Services when they are deemed legitimate, and will convey the handling process and results to the member via the bulletin board or e-mail.
Article 2. Protection of Personal Information
(1) The Company establishes and complies with a Privacy Policy to protect members' personal information.
(2) The Company's Privacy Policy is posted separately on the Site.
[Chapter 6. Damages and Disclaimer]
Article 1. Damages
(1) If the Company or a member causes damage to the other party in violation of these Terms, the party is liable to compensate for the damage.
(2) If the Company receives claims for damages, lawsuits, or other objections from third parties due to a member's illegal acts or violations of these Terms in using the Services, the member must indemnify the Company at the member's own responsibility and expense.
Article 2. Disclaimer
(1) The Company is exempt from responsibility for providing the Services when it cannot do so due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
(2) The Company is not liable for service-use failures caused by reasons attributable to the member.
(3) The Company is not liable for a member's failure to obtain, or loss of, expected profits from using the Services.
(4) The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by members on the Services.
(5) The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between members, or between members and third parties, through the Services, and is not liable for damages resulting therefrom.
[Chapter 7. Dispute Resolution]
Article 1. Dispute Resolution
(1) The Company operates a damage-compensation body to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by members and to compensate for damages.
(2) Disputes between the Company and members shall be resolved by mutual agreement whenever possible.
Article 2. Jurisdiction
(1) If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the competent court.
(2) The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to lawsuits between the Company and members.
Addendum
(1) These Terms take effect on June 1, 2026.
(2) These Terms apply equally to members who registered before the effective date.
